The Old Library

Great to have so many influential and talented creatives in the Old Library in Digbeth today! Fantastic key notes from Peta Murphy-Burke and Jeremy Davenport which point to exciting future innovation for culture and creativity in the UK in spite of the current climate.

Keynote Q&A

Many interesting questions were posed to the panel which included Peta Murphy-Burke, Jeremy Davenport, Jason Hall and Anthony Tattum. The overall feeeling I got though was still one of division in spite of the huge successes in practitioner lead digital collaborations. There still seems to be a distrust and antipathy towards the use of technology and I sense many cultural organisations are still feeling that digital is to be feared or disdained.
